Vote Reward Mechanics

/archive/schematics/plugins/ · last edited 07 Nov 2020 · Development

The vote reward system is in place to incentivize members to participate in server discussions and vote on proposed changes. When a proposal is put to a vote, members who vote in favor of the proposal are rewarded with a set amount of points, which can be redeemed for various rewards.

The reward points are distributed as follows: a member must vote in favor of a proposal to receive points, but a member can also receive points for being a "silver voter" if they vote against a proposal that a significant portion of the membership voted for. Members with more points can redeem them for rewards such as in-game items, server perks, or other benefits.

Reward points expire after a certain period of time, so members must regularly redeem them or lose their points.

Crates are containers that can be opened to receive random rewards. Members can earn crate keys by participating in server activities, such as voting on proposals or attending server events. When a crate key is earned, it can be redeemed for a crate, which can then be opened to receive a random reward.

Rewards are distributed randomly and can include a wide range of items, such as in-game gear, cosmetic items, or other benefits. The rarity and quality of rewards vary, with higher-quality rewards becoming less common as the member progresses in the crate system.

The crate system is designed to be a fun and exciting way for members to participate in server activities and earn rewards.
