Welcome to Rizzaster, the community game server. As a new helper, it's essential to understand the basics of our server and the role you'll be playing. We're a small team of volunteers who manage the server, and we rely on each other to keep everything running smoothly.
Your primary role as a helper is to assist with server maintenance, player support, and general upkeep. This includes monitoring the server for issues, responding to player requests, and performing tasks to keep the server secure and stable. You'll also be involved in community moderation, ensuring that players follow our rules and guidelines. Don't worry if you're not familiar with all the ins and outs – we'll provide guidance and training to help you get started.
As a helper, you'll work closely with our senior moderators and other helpers to address any issues that arise. We communicate primarily through in-game chat, so be prepared to join our daily meetings to discuss ongoing tasks and address any concerns. We also have a system of shared notes and documentation to keep everyone informed. If you're unsure about something or have questions, don't hesitate to ask – we're here to support you.
One thing to keep in mind is that as a helper, you're not just a support staff member, you're also a part of the community. We value open communication and encourage you to ask questions, share your ideas, and participate in discussions. We're a team, and we work together to make Rizzaster a great place for players to hang out and have fun.
Finally, be prepared to learn and adapt. The server is constantly evolving, and we need helpers who are flexible and willing to take on new tasks. We'll provide training and resources to help you develop your skills, and we're excited to have you on board.
