In September, a player requested joining the server but was denied. After discussing, it was decided that a more open approach was needed to prevent similar situations in the future. To that end, a public whitelist was established, listing players who had demonstrated good behavior and a willingness to follow the rules.
Since then, a more transparent and inclusive policy has been adopted. Players can now request to join the server, and if their application is approved, they are added to the whitelist. This change has increased the number of players who have joined the server, and the moderators have reported an overall decrease in problem behavior. However, it has also highlighted the need for ongoing training and monitoring to ensure that the whitelist remains effective.
The server's moderators will continue to review and update the whitelist regularly to ensure that it accurately reflects the behavior of all players. The goal is to create a community where players feel welcome and supported, while also maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
