The vote reward system was implemented in late 2022 as a way to incentivize users to participate in discussions and voting on important server decisions. The system has a cap of 100 votes that can be accumulated per user, with the reward being an item from the regular crate drop. The item is usually a cosmetic or a utility-based object that can be used in-game.
Crates were introduced in early 2023 as a way to generate revenue for the server while still providing a sense of excitement and surprise. There are two types of crates: regular and special. Regular crates contain items from the vote reward list, while special crates contain more valuable and exclusive items that are not available in the regular drop. The crate drop occurs every other day, and the chances of getting a special crate are significantly lower.
In mid-2023, the server implemented a new system where special crates have a 1 in 10 chance of being upgraded to a "rare" special crate. The rare special crate contains the most valuable items available in the game. The system was added to encourage users to participate in the regular drop, as the rare crate is only available through the special crate.
Recent changes in late 2023 have seen the addition of a new "legendary" item to the regular crate drop. The legendary item has a 1 in 50 chance of being dropped, and contains some of the rarest and most valuable items in the game. The item is currently reserved for the server's "anniversary" event, but its availability may be adjusted in the future.
