It was brought to our attention that several supporters had been reporting difficulties with the shop's inventory system. The issue was that the system was not syncing properly between the server's main database and the shop's in-game inventory, resulting in inconsistent prices and item availability. This led to frustration among supporters who were trying to purchase items.
The problem was identified to be a result of a server-side update that was introduced a few days prior. The update had changed the database schema, which caused the shop's inventory system to become out of sync. Our moderators quickly recognized the issue and began working on a patch to resolve the problem. After a few hours of testing and debugging, the patch was implemented, and the shop's inventory system is now syncing correctly.
The update has also included some improvements to the shop's UI and UX, making it easier for supporters to browse and purchase items. Additionally, our moderators have implemented a new feature that allows supporters to request refunds or exchanges for items that are not available or are not as described. This should help to improve the overall shopping experience on the server.
