Players must be at least 12 years old to apply for any rank above default. The default rank is granted automatically upon joining and allows access to standard chat and basic game modes. To apply for a moderator rank, players must have been active on the server for a minimum of four weeks, meaning they’ve logged in at least three times per week during that period. Active participation includes contributing to discussions, following rules, and helping other players without prompting.
Promotions are not automatic and require a formal application submitted via the server's internal application form. The form asks for basic information, a short self-introduction, and a reflection on why the player believes they would be a good fit for the role. Applications are reviewed weekly by the leadership team, which consists of the head moderator and two senior volunteers. Approval is based on demonstrated responsibility, consistency in behavior, ability to communicate clearly, and a history of positive interaction.
Promotions are awarded in tiers: Junior Moderator, Moderator, and Senior Moderator. Junior Moderators can assist with chat moderation and minor rule enforcement. Moderators have broader permissions, including the ability to issue warnings and temporarily mute users. Senior Moderators can handle appeals, review reports, and help train new applicants. Each promotion requires a minimum of two months of consistent activity in the previous rank, and no player can be promoted more than once per month.
All rank holders are expected to maintain a positive, respectful tone and model appropriate behavior at all times. Violating server rules while holding a rank results in immediate demotion and a review of future eligibility. Players who are unsure about their eligibility should consult the leadership team during regular community hours. The process is designed to be transparent and fair, with feedback provided to all applicants, regardless of outcome.
