In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all members, we have established the following rank requirements for promotions on the Rizzaster server. To become a moderator, you must first meet the following conditions: you must be a member of the server for at least 30 days, you must have a proven track record of contributing positively to the community, and you must have demonstrated a commitment to upholding the server's rules and guidelines.
Once you have met these requirements, you will be eligible to apply for moderation. Applications will be reviewed by the existing moderators, who will assess your skills and behavior to determine whether you are ready for the role. If your application is successful, you will be promoted to moderator and will receive the necessary permissions to manage the server.
As moderators, you are expected to uphold the server's rules and guidelines at all times. You will also be responsible for helping new members navigate the server and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise. In order to promote a new moderator to senior moderator, they must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the server's community and rules. Promotions will be based on a combination of factors, including your performance as a moderator and your contributions to the community.
Senior moderators will be responsible for overseeing the moderation team and making key decisions about the server's policies and procedures. They will also be expected to provide guidance and support to the other moderators and help to resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise. The senior moderation team will be responsible for reviewing and approving new moderator applications, as well as promoting new moderators to senior moderator when the time is right.
