Events are posted in the server’s dedicated calendar channel every Sunday evening. The schedule includes game tournaments, creative challenges, themed roleplay nights, and special in-game events. All events are designed to be inclusive and age-appropriate, with clear rules and time slots that accommodate different time zones. Participants are expected to check the calendar weekly and confirm attendance in the event's dedicated thread by the day before it starts.
Most events run for 60 to 90 minutes. Longer events are announced well in advance with a detailed agenda. Moderators will send private reminders to players who have not confirmed attendance 24 hours before the event. No event starts without at least four participants confirmed. If an event is canceled due to low turnout, it will be rescheduled and posted in the same channel.
To suggest a new event idea, players must submit a short proposal in the feedback thread with a title, suggested time, duration, and brief description. Proposals are reviewed by the moderation team every Tuesday and may be approved, revised, or declined. Approved events are added to the calendar for the following week. Moderators may also initiate spontaneous events during high-traffic hours without prior notice.
All events follow the server’s code of conduct. Behavior that disrupts or excludes others will result in warnings or temporary bans. Event leaders are responsible for enforcing rules during their event and reporting any issues to the main moderation team after it ends. Leaders are selected from active community members with consistent positive behavior and are trained on moderation basics before leading events.
The calendar is updated once per week on Sunday night, with changes to timing or format noted in the event thread. Players can view upcoming events by scanning the channel or using the server’s built-in calendar feature. Past events are archived in the event logs channel for reference.
