The moderators of Rizzaster understand that parents are often left with more questions than answers when it comes to their children's online activities. Here are some common concerns we've addressed in our moderation team meetings.

Do you want to ban all online chatting for your child? No, you don't have to. We allow reasonable use of the chat function with a registered user account, monitored by us, under a parental control setting that requires you to agree to a code of conduct every time you let your child chat. Moderators are allowed to limit access to chat if they believe a child is under 13 and have not signed up for this feature.

We block any language, images, and or video that could be considered disturbing or threatening. We may also ask you if a message is not suitable for your child to see. We also report any users that abuse this feature and will ban them from the site.

If you're concerned about your child's use of Rizzaster, we want to remind you that no server can guarantee complete safety. However, we have a number of tools in place to help prevent and detect abuse. We also regularly sweep the chat for any suspicious activity, and may ask moderators to review chat logs to ensure a safe environment for users.
