RIZZASTERWhitelist Policy and Joining the Server

The whitelist is currently set to allow members to be added by the moderators. This is done to maintain control over the server's population and ensure that only trusted users can join. The whitelist can be added or removed by any moderator, but we require that they have a good understanding of the community's rules and guidelines before doing so. Members who have a good history and are respectful of others are more likely to be whitelisted.
To join the server, a potential new member must request to be whitelisted. They must provide a reason for wanting to join and a brief overview of themselves, including any relevant gaming experience. The moderators will review the request and discuss it as a group before making a decision. If approved, the new member will be added to the server and will be expected to follow the community's rules and guidelines.
We have had some issues in the past with new members disrupting the server and causing problems for existing members. In order to prevent this, new members will be required to complete a small orientation in-game before being allowed to play. This will give them a chance to get familiar with the server's layout and rules, and will also give us a chance to assess their behavior and decide whether they are a good fit for the community.
One thing that is unclear at this point is what to do with potential new members who are under the age of 16. We have not yet finalized our policy on this, but we are looking to establish some guidelines that balance the needs of our younger members with the requirement for them to be a certain level of maturity.
