World File Backup Protocol

We have decided to adopt a simple, manual system for backing up the world files on a weekly basis. This method is easier to implement and less prone to human error compared to other methods, but it does require some discipline from the moderation team.

We will create a new backup folder each week, located in the designated backup directory on the server. The current world file will be copied to this new folder, and then the old folder will be renamed by appending a date to its name (e.g. '2023-01-01'). The old folder will be discarded at the end of the week, and the new folder will be checked for integrity before being marked as complete.

This method assumes that the moderation team will be aware of the upcoming week and take steps to ensure that the current world file is copied to the new backup folder. We will create a simple reminder system using the Discord server's calendar to help keep track of the schedule.
