RIZZASTERRank Requirements and Promotion Process

The Rizzaster team has updated the rank requirements and promotion process to ensure a fair and consistent progression for all members. As of the last server update, we have introduced a new tier system with five ranks: Newbie, Helper, Senior, Lead, and Admin.
The Newbie rank is for new members who have just joined the server. They are expected to follow basic rules and guidelines, which are clearly stated in the server's rules channel. To advance to the Helper rank, Newbies must demonstrate a commitment to helping others and participating in server activities for at least two weeks. Helpers are responsible for assisting new members and providing guidance on server policies.
The Senior rank is for members who have shown exceptional leadership and dedication to the server. They are expected to take on more responsibility, such as leading group activities and helping with moderation duties. To be promoted to Lead, Seniors must have demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and be able to effectively manage conflicts. Leads are responsible for overseeing a team of moderators and making key decisions about server policy. The Admin rank is the highest rank and is reserved for the most experienced and trusted moderators. They are responsible for managing the server's overall direction and making significant decisions about server policy.
Promotions are based on a combination of factors, including participation, leadership, and demonstrated commitment to the server's goals and values. The Rizzaster team reviews promotions on a regular basis and makes decisions based on individual performance and contributions. New members are encouraged to participate in server activities, attend events, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards the community.
