RIZZASTERMinigame Rotation Incident Review

The previous minigame rotation, which ended on March 10th, was scheduled to run for three weeks before being replaced by the next rotation. However, due to a miscommunication between the moderators, the new rotation started prematurely on March 7th. This caused some players to miss out on the first week's worth of activities.
The miscommunication occurred when one of the moderators incorrectly assumed that the rotation was supposed to start immediately. A correction was made shortly after the mistake was noticed, but not before some players had already started participating in the new minigame. The moderators apologized to the affected players and made sure that everyone had access to the next rotation.
To prevent similar incidents in the future, the moderators decided to implement a more formal notification system for upcoming rotations. This will include a standardized announcement on the server's main channel and a detailed schedule posted on the server's wiki page. Additionally, moderators will be required to verify the start time of each rotation before making any announcements.
