Ban Appeals Procedure

When a player submits a ban appeal, it is reviewed by the moderation team to determine the validity of the claim. The appeal should include specific details about the alleged infractions, such as the player's username, the date and time of the incident, and a clear explanation of why the player believes they were unfairly banned. If the moderation team agrees that the ban was unjust, it may be lifted, but this decision is made on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

The moderation team will review the appeal and the player's history to determine the best course of action. If the player has a history of rule breaking, they may still be banned, but this will be re-evaluated on a regular basis. If the player has not broken the rules recently and the appeal is deemed valid, the ban will be lifted. However, the player may be placed on a warning or suspension status for a period of time, depending on the severity of the infraction.

The moderation team will also consider the player's behavior during the appeal submission process. If the player is found to be harassing or disrupting the moderation team, their appeal may be denied. It is essential that players approach the appeal process in a respectful and cooperative manner. The moderation team's decision is final, and players should not appeal again if their initial appeal was denied.

If the moderation team finds that the ban was justified and the appeal is deemed invalid, the ban will remain in place. In this case, the moderation team may also choose to issue a warning or temporary suspension to the player. The moderation team's decision will be communicated to the player via in-game message or chat.
