RIZZASTER

Staff Handbook for New Helpers

When you join the Rizzaster staff, you're agreeing to help create a safe and fun environment for our community members. As a staff member, you'll be expected to follow these guidelines.

First, familiarize yourself with the server's rules and guidelines. These are in place to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. Take some time to read through them, and ask questions if you're unsure about anything. The most important thing is that we all do our part to keep the server positive and respectful. This means being kind to others, even if you disagree with them.

As you get more comfortable, you'll start to notice different roles and responsibilities. We have a few main roles: moderators, helpers, and chat assistants. Moderators are the main decision-makers, while helpers and chat assistants focus on supporting and engaging with community members. Make sure you understand your role and what's expected of you.

When it comes to specific tasks, be prepared to respond to messages, report abuse or harassment, and help with events and activities. We'll provide you with training and guidance as you get more involved. Don't be afraid to ask questions or seek help if you're unsure about something.

As a staff member, you'll also be expected to be available during certain times and follow certain procedures. We'll communicate these to you in more detail when you join. The key is to be flexible, patient, and willing to learn. We're a small team, and we all pitch in to make sure everything runs smoothly.
