During the last parent meeting, several questions were raised about the safety of our chat for minors. Many parents expressed concerns about the nature of some of the discussions and jokes being shared by the players. We need to clarify what kind of content is acceptable in our chat.

The consensus was that our moderators should be more proactive in monitoring the chat and deleting or warning players who make or share inappropriate content. We agreed to increase the frequency of moderation shifts to allow for more eyes on the chat at any given time. We also decided to provide a list of guidelines for players to follow when sharing content in the chat, such as no explicit language, no personal attacks, and no sharing of links or images.

One parent asked about our plans for dealing with cyberbullying, and we agreed to establish a clear protocol for reporting incidents and suspending players who consistently engage in bullying behavior. We also discussed the importance of educating players about online safety and the consequences of their actions.

We need to finalize the list of guidelines and post them on our website, so parents and players are aware of our expectations. We should also consider having a Q&A session or forum thread for parents to ask questions and discuss concerns.

There are still some unanswered questions. How will we handle players who are new to the server and don't know the rules? What if a player shares content that is not explicitly inappropriate but still makes someone uncomfortable?
