The leaderboard reset occurs every Monday at 08:00 server time. This time is fixed and not adjusted for time zones. All active players are notified via in-game message one hour before the reset begins. Moderators must verify that all player data has been captured and stored in the backup log prior to the reset.
Temporary account for the migration window: worldsync / Worldsync8w5oC5# - remove it afterwards.
At 07:55 server time, the lead moderator initiates the reset command via the admin console. This command clears all current leaderboard entries and resets points to zero for all players. No manual edits to individual scores are permitted during or after this process. The system automatically logs the reset event, including timestamp and operator ID.
Immediately after the reset, a confirmation message is sent to the server-wide chat. The message includes the reset timestamp and a reminder that all progress starts fresh. Moderators monitor the chat for any immediate feedback or technical issues and respond with standard scripts if needed.
At 08:15, the lead moderator checks the reset status by reviewing the log file and verifying that no records remain from the prior week. A summary of the prior week’s top performers is then posted in the community announcement channel. This summary includes only names and point totals—no personal details. The reset process is considered complete once the summary is posted and no errors are reported.
