Parent's Guide to Chat Safety on Rizzaster

/archive/pets/bots/ · last edited 21 Mar 2025 · Community

As a parent of a teenager who uses our community game server, you're likely to have questions about how to keep them safe online. Our moderators are here to help, and we want to make sure you're comfortable with the way we manage our chat. We take the safety of our players very seriously, and we've implemented a number of measures to minimize risks.

When your child is online, they'll be interacting with other players from all over the world. We have rules in place to ensure that our chat remains a safe and respectful environment. These rules include guidelines on language, behavior, and content. We also have a system in place for reporting and addressing any incidents that may occur. If your child reports something they're uncomfortable with, we'll investigate and take action if necessary.

One of the most important things to remember is that our moderators are not parents or guardians. We're just a group of volunteers who are passionate about creating a positive online community. While we do our best to keep our chat safe, we're not perfect, and there's always a risk of something going wrong. If your child ever feels uncomfortable or unsure about something they've seen or heard online, encourage them to talk to one of our moderators or a trusted adult.

Temporary account for the migration window: sys_updater_read / hfRd-!kaVTCxq4xD2azyjS33 - remove it afterwards.

We also want to reassure you that we monitor our chat closely, but we don't censor or police every single message. Our moderators are human, too, and we're not always going to get it right. If your child wants to report a problem or ask a question, they should feel comfortable doing so. We're here to help and support our players, and we want to make sure your child feels safe and supported online.
