We receive a few ban appeals every week, and here are the common questions and answers to help clarify our process.
When you are banned from Rizzaster, you will receive an email detailing the reason for the ban. If you believe the ban was unjust, you can submit an appeal. However, keep in mind that bans are typically not overturned unless there is new evidence that wasn't available at the time of the initial decision. Make sure to review the rules carefully before submitting an appeal.
To appeal a ban, log in to your account and navigate to the 'Appeals' section under the 'Account' menu. Fill out the form thoroughly, providing any relevant evidence or additional context that you think could change the moderator's decision. Be prepared to explain your side of the story, but remember that we handle these appeals seriously and expect all participants to maintain respectful communication.
Within one week of submitting your appeal, you will receive a notification regarding its outcome. If your appeal is denied, we encourage you to seek constructive feedback to improve your behavior and stay within our community guidelines. Your understanding and cooperation are crucial for a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone.
