The minigame rotation cycle begins every Sunday at 10:00 AM server time. The current rotation list is stored in the shared internal document titled "Minigame Rotation Master List" and is updated by the lead moderator before the start of each week. Only approved games from the approved list may be selected for the rotation; any new game additions require two volunteer moderator approvals and must be tested in a test session beforehand.

Each day of the rotation follows a fixed schedule: Monday through Friday feature one game per day, Saturday has two games, and Sunday is reserved for community voting or special events. The rotation is set using the server command /setrotation followed by the game name and date. This command must be executed by a moderator with the role "Rotation Manager" and confirmed with a second moderator present in chat.

Game selection prioritizes balance, age-appropriateness, and server performance. Games with known bugs, high lag, or excessive resource usage are excluded from rotation until resolved. The rotation should avoid repeating the same game more than once every two weeks unless there is strong community demand and performance testing confirms stability. Moderators must check server logs after each game’s run to ensure no crashes or exploits occurred.

At the end of each rotation week, the team holds a 15-minute review meeting on the private team chat. During the meeting, each moderator shares feedback on game performance, player engagement, and any technical issues. This feedback is documented in the rotation log and used to refine future selections. The lead moderator updates the master list weekly and archives the old rotation data to maintain a clean history.
