The Rizzaster server has a tiered rank system that promotes users as they demonstrate good behavior and contribute positively to the community. The ranks are divided into three tiers: Newbie, Member, and Staff. Newbies are new users who have just joined the server and are still getting familiar with the community's rules and expectations. Members are users who have shown good behavior and have contributed to the community, but may not be actively participating in moderation. Staff are volunteer moderators who help enforce the rules and keep the server running smoothly.
To promote to the next tier, users must meet certain requirements. Newbies typically gain a promotion after a week of active participation and positive behavior. Members are promoted after six weeks of contributing to the community and demonstrating good behavior. Staff are appointed by the moderators after they complete a training period and demonstrate their ability to handle moderation duties.
It's worth noting that promotions are at the discretion of the moderators, and they may choose to promote a user earlier or later than the required timeframe. This is because each user's progress and behavior may be different, and the moderators need to assess each individual's situation. Users can always ask for feedback from the moderators if they're unsure about their progress or want to know more about the promotion process.
