The minigame rotation is a critical component of the Rizzaster server, as it ensures that all content is well-utilized and keeps the community engaged. A rotation schedule is maintained by the moderation team, which is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
Step 1: Review current minigame rotation. Check for outdated or unpopulated minigames, and prioritize these for removal or revamp. Also, note any upcoming minigame events or holidays that require special scheduling.
Step 2: Determine the rotation period. The standard rotation period is two weeks, but may need to be adjusted depending on the activity level of the community. The team reviews the rotation schedule and makes any necessary adjustments.
Step 3: Assign minigames to the rotation. The moderation team uses a spreadsheet to schedule minigames for each day of the rotation period. They prioritize games that are in need of more attention or are likely to be popular.
Step 4: Communicate the rotation schedule to the community. The moderation team posts the rotation schedule on the server's main chat channel, and often provides additional information about upcoming minigames on the server's announcement channel.
Step 5: Monitor and adjust the rotation. The moderation team reviews the rotation schedule on a daily basis, and makes any necessary adjustments to ensure that the community is engaged and the minigames are running smoothly.
