Community Events Calendar

The calendar has been implemented as a Google Form, which allows for easy editing and sharing of upcoming events. This decision was made to simplify the process of adding and removing events, and to reduce the risk of data loss. The form is not integrated with any other features of the server, so adding events will not automatically notify moderators or other staff. Instead, events are added and edited manually by moderators, who can also choose to make them visible to the public or restricted to specific groups.

The calendar is intended to be a comprehensive list of upcoming events on the server, including game schedules, social gatherings, and other activities. Moderators are responsible for keeping the calendar up to date, and will remove events that are cancelled or rescheduled. The calendar will be reviewed and updated regularly, usually on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

To ensure that the calendar is accurate and up to date, moderators will strive to receive information from event organizers and participants as soon as possible. They will also make an effort to verify the accuracy of information, particularly for larger events that may be subject to change. The goal is to create a calendar that is informative and useful to the community, without being overwhelming or overwhelming.
