We understand that as a parent, it's natural to have questions about the safety of our community's chat feature. Our moderators are here to provide you with the information you need to feel confident that your child is having a positive experience on Rizzaster.

Can I trust the moderators to keep my child safe?

We take the safety and well-being of our users very seriously. Our moderators are a team of volunteer individuals who have undergone training and are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. They regularly review and monitor chat conversations to identify and address any potential issues. However, we cannot guarantee that all possible problems won't arise, and we ask that you have an open and ongoing dialogue with your child about online safety.

How can I find out what my child has been saying or doing on the chat?

We don't store any content or messages that have been shared by our users, but we do keep a record of user reports and moderation actions. If you have concerns about your child's activity, you can contact us and we'll do our best to provide you with more information. It's also a good idea to regularly have a conversation with your child about what they're doing online and how to stay safe.

Yes, you can contact us at any time with questions or concerns. We're here to help and want to make sure that you feel comfortable and informed about the safety of our community. However, please keep in mind that we can't engage in real-time conversations or respond to all messages immediately. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, but it may take some time.

What about cyberbullying and harassment?

We take reports of bullying and harassment very seriously. Our moderators have a zero-tolerance policy for this behavior, and we'll do everything in our power to address it. If you suspect that your child has been the victim of cyberbullying or harassment, please contact us immediately so we can take action.
