Vote Reward Distribution

We've recently reworked the vote reward distribution system to encourage participation and reduce the skew towards those with high participation rates. The goal is to incentivize users to participate in the voting process, regardless of their activity levels on the server. To achieve this, we've implemented a tiered system, where users earn rewards at different participation thresholds.

For example, users who participate in at least 25% of the votes will earn a basic reward of 10 Crates. Users who participate in at least 50% of the votes will earn a mid-tier reward of 50 Crates. This system ensures that users who consistently participate in the voting process receive a fair share of rewards, while also giving more frequent voters a chance to earn Crates as well.

We've also made sure to limit the number of Crates that can be earned by users with high participation rates to prevent them from monopolizing the rewards. This ensures that the rewards are distributed more evenly among the user base, and that participation is encouraged across all levels of engagement.

One key consideration in designing this system was the need to balance the reward incentives with the potential for abuse or manipulation. By implementing a tiered system and capping the number of Crates that can be earned, we can mitigate these risks and ensure that the rewards are earned fairly and honestly.
