Community Events Calendar Design Note

We've decided to design the community events calendar to be a simple list of upcoming events on the server, with each event taking up one row. This layout will make it easy for users to scan and find specific events, and will also help to prevent events from getting lost in a sea of text.

The calendar will display the date of the event, followed by a brief description of the event. We'll be using a standard font for all text, and will limit the description to about 50 characters. This will help to keep the calendar concise and easy to read. We'll also include a small icon next to each event to give users a visual indication of what type of event it is.

We've chosen to use a static calendar view rather than a dynamic one, where events are added and removed in real-time. This will help to prevent issues with events getting lost or duplicated, and will also make it easier for moderators to manage the calendar. The calendar will be updated weekly by a designated team of moderators, who will review the upcoming events and make any necessary changes.
