Minigame Rotation Runbook

The minigame rotation is an ongoing process that needs to be managed by the moderators on a daily basis. This document outlines the steps to follow.

The rotation typically takes place every 7 days, but can be adjusted depending on the server's population and activity. The moderators will gather for a 30-minute meeting to discuss and plan the rotation. During the meeting, they will review the current schedule and make any necessary changes to keep the content fresh and exciting for the players. They will also discuss any upcoming events or holidays that may affect the rotation.

After the meeting, the moderators will create a new schedule for the minigames and publish it on the server's website. The schedule will be updated every 7 days, or as needed. The moderators will also make sure to announce the new rotation to the server's chat and forums, so that players can plan accordingly.

Once the new schedule is published, the moderators will start implementing the changes. They will make sure that the minigames are updated with the latest changes and that all necessary files are uploaded to the server. They will also make sure that the server's infrastructure is able to handle the increased traffic that the minigame rotation will bring.
