The server will allow voice and text chat only during designated hours: 4 PM to 9 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 8 PM on weekends. All users must be under 18, and no exceptions will be made. Moderators will verify age upon joining, using a simple self-report with a parent/guardian’s name and confirmation from a staff member. If a user lies about age, access will be revoked immediately.
All messages must be respectful and inclusive. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats of any kind are prohibited. This includes jokes that mock race, gender, disability, religion, or mental health. Moderators may remove messages and issue warnings. Repeat offenders will face temporary or permanent mute/suspension. A clear example: using slurs or making fun of someone’s appearance or background is not allowed, even in jest.
No sharing of personal information is allowed, including names, locations, phone numbers, or school details. Screenshots of private chats or in-game messages cannot be posted, even with permission. If a user shares something sensitive, moderators will delete it and remind the user of the rule. Users should report any suspicious or private content they see to a mod via direct message.
Open questions: Should we allow themed roleplay events, and if so, how do we define safe boundaries? Is there a way to let users suggest new rules or discuss changes without cluttering public channels? How should we handle users who post repeatedly but don’t break rules—do we need a “low activity” policy? A follow-up meeting is scheduled for next week to review these.
