Moderators handle ban appeals on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of resolving issues in a fair and transparent manner. If a player believes their account has been banned in error, they can appeal by sending a private message to a moderator with details of their account, the reason for the ban, and any relevant screenshots or evidence. Moderators will review the appeal and respond with a decision, which may result in the ban being lifted, modified, or upheld.
Moderators will consider the severity of the infraction, the player's past behavior, and any mitigating circumstances. If a ban is deemed unjust, moderators may take the time to review the player's account history and re-evaluate the infraction. In cases where a ban is Upheld, moderators will explain the reasoning behind the decision in the appeal response.
Appeals are usually processed within 24-48 hours, but may take longer in cases of extreme complexity or controversy. Players are expected to provide accurate and complete information in their appeals, as providing false or misleading information can delay the process and may result in the ban being upheld. Moderators reserve the right to request additional information or clarification if needed.

Players who repeatedly abuse the appeal process or make false claims may face additional consequences, such as a temporary or permanent ban. Moderators also reserve the right to accept or reject an appeal at their discretion.
