You're joining the Rizzaster server, which is a community of teenagers and kids who hang out and play games online. The people in charge of the server are volunteer moderators who make sure everyone is having a good time. They also make sure that the server doesn't get too crowded or disorganized.
To join the server, you'll need to get added to the whitelist. The whitelist is a list of people who are allowed to join the server, and it's kept by the moderators. When you apply to join, you'll need to tell the moderators a little bit about yourself, like your name and what you like to do online. They'll then review your application and decide if you're a good fit for the server.
Once you're added to the whitelist, you'll be able to join the server and start hanging out with the other members. Just remember to be respectful and follow the rules, which are posted on the server. Don't be afraid to ask for help or advice from the moderators if you need it. They're there to make sure everyone has a good time.
