The whitelist system exists to maintain a safe, consistent, and welcoming environment for younger players. By requiring approval before joining, we can ensure all members are appropriate, respectful, and aligned with the community's values. This step helps prevent disruptive behavior and keeps the server focused on positive interaction and shared creativity.
To join, a player must first be invited by an existing member. The inviter sends a message through the official communication channel with a brief introduction and the new player’s desired in-game name. The moderation team reviews each request within 24 to 48 hours. We check for age appropriateness, adherence to tone guidelines, and any prior patterns of negative behavior. This review is manual and requires at least two moderators to agree before approval.
We do not accept applications directly. Open sign-ups would overwhelm the moderation team and reduce our ability to vet each case. The invitation-only model keeps the process manageable and maintains trust among current members. It also encourages existing players to take ownership of the community by being thoughtful when inviting others.
Once approved, the new player receives a temporary access code and instructions for joining. The code expires after 72 hours to discourage sharing or misuse. The server logs all whitelist entries and reviews them quarterly to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards and community expectations.
This system balances accessibility with accountability. It allows new members to join without barriers while ensuring that every player is intentionally welcomed and monitored during their first weeks. It’s a small, deliberate gate that helps preserve the spirit of the server.
