Vote Rewards and Crate System Runbook

Players earn one vote token for every 24 hours they vote for the server on the listed platform. Tokens accumulate in the player’s personal vote balance and are not automatically redeemed. Once a player reaches five tokens, they may redeem them at the in-game store to open a random crate. Crates are not guaranteed to contain the same items; each has a predefined set of possible rewards with varying rarity tiers. Common items include basic cosmetic skins, minor in-game currency, and small utility boosts. Uncommon items might include unique hats or temporary buffs. Rare items include exclusive emotes, special titles, or permanent status upgrades.

To open a crate, the player must visit the in-game store menu, select "Open Crate" from the vote rewards section, and confirm the use of five tokens. The system will then generate a random reward from the crate’s pool based on weighted probabilities. The outcome is displayed immediately upon opening, and the item is added directly to the player’s inventory or account. Players cannot choose the contents of the crate. Multiple crates may be opened in sequence if a player has enough tokens stored. Tokens are not refundable and cannot be traded or gifted between players.

Crates are reset weekly on Sundays at 00:00 server time. This means any unused tokens carry over to the next cycle, but crates are refreshed with new reward sets based on current server events or seasonal themes. Moderators monitor crate distribution logs to ensure balance and detect any anomalies. If a player reports receiving an item that does not match the known reward pool, the staff will investigate using the system’s audit trail. All crate contents are verified weekly by the lead moderator to ensure fairness and alignment with the server’s stated drop rates.

Players can check their current vote token balance by typing /votestatus in the chat. This command displays the total number of tokens collected and how many are needed to open a crate. If a player has unused tokens and a crate has not been opened in over three weeks, the system may automatically send a reminder message. Moderators are not permitted to manually grant crates or tokens outside of the official system. Any deviation requires a formal request submitted through the internal approval thread and approval from at least two active staff members.
