Staff Handbook for New Helpers

The server's rules are simple, but we need to make sure everyone knows and follows them. Main rule is to treat others how you'd like to be treated. No harassment, no abuse, no spam. If you're unsure what's allowed, ask one of the mods.

Moderators have a lot of responsibility, and we expect them to make decisions quickly and fairly. If you're new to helping out, start by watching the staff chat and getting a feel for what's going on. Try to stay calm and patient, even when things get messy. Remember, we're all here to help each other.

New helpers should also familiarize themselves with the server's policies on things like language, avatars, and user-generated content. These are all important for keeping the server a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Make sure to review the server's rules regularly, as things can change over time.

We're a small team, and we all work together to keep the server running smoothly. We're always open to new ideas and suggestions, as long as they align with our goals and values. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to one of the mods.

There are a few things we haven't settled on yet. We need to work out a system for handling conflicts and disputes, and we should probably establish some guidelines for handling sensitive or serious issues. These are things we'll keep working on as we go along.

We're all on the same team here, and we need to support each other. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck, don't be afraid to ask for help.
