As a new helper, you are joining a small team of volunteer moderators who are passionate about providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our players. To ensure that everyone has a great experience, we have a few key expectations and guidelines that we'd like to share with you.
First and foremost, respect is key. Our community values inclusivity, kindness, and respect for all members, regardless of age, skill level, or personal preference. As a helper, you will be expected to enforce these values and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. This means no bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
When it comes to moderation, our team uses a flexible and collaborative approach. We'll work together to resolve issues, and you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that are in the best interest of the community. However, if you're unsure or feel that a decision is not in line with our community standards, don't hesitate to ask for guidance or clarification. We're all in this together!
In terms of technical tasks, you'll be responsible for monitoring the server, responding to player queries, and performing basic maintenance tasks. We'll provide you with training and support to help you get up to speed quickly. However, it's essential to note that our server is not a perfect system, and occasional glitches or issues may arise. Stay calm, and we'll work together to resolve them.

Remember, being a helper is a privilege, not a job. We're a small team, and we all pitch in to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly. We're here to support you and help you become an integral part of our team.
