Minigame Rotation Runbook

The minigame rotation is a scheduled rotation of different minigames available on the server. This runbook outlines the steps to follow when rotating through the minigames.

Step 1: Gather the list of minigames to be rotated. This list is currently maintained by on-site staff, but in the future, it may be maintained by community volunteers. Make sure to update the list when new minigames are added or old ones are removed.

Step 2: Schedule the minigame rotation. The rotation is typically done every 2-3 days, but can be adjusted based on server load and community feedback. Make sure to give the community sufficient notice when a minigame will be replaced by another one.

Step 3: Determine the rotation order. The order of the minigames is usually determined by their popularity and user engagement. The most popular minigames are typically rotated first, followed by less popular ones. If a minigame is no longer being played, it can be removed from the rotation.

Step 4: Coordinate with other staff members. If necessary, coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all necessary arrangements have been made before the rotation takes place. This may include confirming that all necessary plugins are installed or that necessary settings have been adjusted.

Step 5: Implement the rotation. Once the rotation is scheduled and coordinated, implement it by adding the new minigame to the rotation list and removing the old one. If necessary, make any necessary adjustments to the server settings to accommodate the new minigame.
