Log into the Rizzaster backend dashboard.
Navigate to the 'Shop' section to review current items available for purchase.
Ensure that the supporter benefits section is up-to-date and clearly visible to players. Supporter benefits should include perks such as exclusive in-game currency, item discounts, early access to new content, and personalized support from the moderators.
Update the supporter tiers to reflect any changes or additions, ensuring that the tiers are tiered appropriately based on the level of support. For example, the highest tier could include all benefits from the lower tiers plus additional perks.
Inform the volunteer moderators of the changes or additions to the supporter benefits to ensure they can provide accurate information and support to the supporters.
Review the payment processing and confirmation emails to ensure they are clear and provide a good user experience. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the process is smooth for supporters.
Monitor the shop transactions to ensure there are no issues with payments or purchases. Address any issues promptly and document the resolution process for future reference.
Regularly update the shop and supporter benefits based on community feedback and server activity. This will help maintain player engagement and ensure the shop remains an attractive feature for supporters.
