The community events calendar is a vital tool for the Rizzaster team to keep track of upcoming events, activities, and milestones. The calendar is regularly updated by the moderators to ensure that all relevant information is available to the community.

Events are categorized into three main types: Community Nights, Special Events, and Announcements. Community Nights are scheduled monthly and are open to all members of the community. These events are typically low-key gatherings where members can socialize and participate in various activities. Special Events, on the other hand, are more formal gatherings, such as tournaments, contests, or workshops. Announcements are for important community-wide announcements or updates that require broad attention.

When planning a new event, the moderators will consider the current events calendar, the current mood of the community, and any potential conflicts with existing events. The new event will be added to the calendar and a corresponding announcement will be made to the community. Moderators are responsible for ensuring that all events are communicated clearly and that any necessary details are included.

During an event, moderators are responsible for ensuring that the event runs smoothly and that members are aware of any important details. They will also be available to address any issues or concerns that may arise. After the event, moderators will update the calendar to reflect any changes or updates.

To add a new event to the calendar, follow these steps:

Review the current events calendar to ensure that your event does not conflict with any existing events.

Decide on the type of event (Community Night, Special Event, or Announcement) and the date and time of the event.

Write a clear and concise description of the event, including any necessary details such as rules, schedules, or requirements.
