The rank requirements and promotion process for Rizzaster are designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow. The current ranks are: Junior Member, Member, Senior Member, and Administrator. The Junior Member rank is the entry point for new players and is reserved for users who have not yet demonstrated a commitment to community behavior. To become a Member, users must have played on the server for at least 30 days and have contributed positively to the community. This can be demonstrated through good behavior, participation in events, and helpfulness to other users.
To become a Senior Member, users must have held the Member rank for at least 90 days and have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to community behavior. Senior Members are expected to take on more responsibility, such as helping to moderate events and providing guidance to new players. In addition, Senior Members are required to attend regular meetings with the moderators to discuss server issues and plan community events.
Promotions to Administrator are reserved for users who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to the community. This typically involves taking on significant responsibilities, such as managing server events and making important decisions for the community. Administrators are also expected to be highly knowledgeable about server rules and procedures. Promotions to Administrator are typically made at the discretion of the moderators, who consider the user's overall contribution to the community.
It's worth noting that all promotions are subject to review by the moderators, and users can be demoted or removed from the server if they fail to meet the requirements of their rank. This is done to ensure that the community remains a positive and respectful environment for all users. The promotion process is also regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it remains fair and effective.
