Regular reminders and notifications are sent to members about upcoming events. These reminders are generated automatically by the server and are sent to all members who have opted-in to receive notifications.

The events calendar is regularly reviewed and updated by the moderators to ensure it remains accurate and up-to-date. This includes removing completed events and adding new ones.
