The meeting on Saturday saw the continued discussion of the community events calendar for the next few months. The goal is to ensure that there is always something happening on the server, whether it's a new game mode, a charity event, or just a fun social gathering. The current calendar is pretty full, but there is still room for some adjustments to be made.

One of the main decisions made was to add a new game mode called "Tournament Thursday" which will run every other Thursday and will feature a rotating selection of popular games. It was also decided that the server's annual charity event will take place on the first Saturday of the month in February, with all proceeds going to a local children's hospital. The event is expected to be a lot of fun and will feature a series of gaming stations, a raffle, and other activities.

The discussion also touched on the idea of having more social events on the server, such as movie nights or gaming sessions for kids. It was decided that one such event will take place in March, but the date and details are still to be finalized. One of the moderators mentioned that they would like to take the lead on planning this event, but it was agreed that input from other moderators and players would be needed.

One area that needs more discussion is how to encourage more players to participate in events, rather than just the usual core group. It was agreed that more promotional efforts would be needed, but it was also recognized that the server's size and age range may limit the appeal of certain events to some players.
