Whitelist Process

We currently use a manual review process to add new members to the whitelist, which is the list of players allowed to join the server. This is done to maintain a safe and fun environment for all players. The whitelist is checked on a regular basis, usually every few weeks, to remove any inactive or toxic players.

To be added to the whitelist, players must apply through the application form on the server's website. The form includes some basic information, such as player name, age, and reason for wanting to join. The moderators then review the applications and make a decision to either add or deny the player.

In most cases, new players are added to the whitelist after a thorough review of their application, including checking their past behavior and activity on other servers. The moderators also reserve the right to deny an application if they feel the player's behavior or behavior history raises concerns. In rare cases, players may be given a trial period before being officially added to the whitelist.

The trial period is usually set to a few days, during which the player is allowed to participate in server activities but is still subject to the moderators' review. If the player demonstrates good behavior and respect for other players during this time, they will be officially added to the whitelist. The moderators will keep a record of the player's trial period and review their behavior during this time to make an informed decision.
