Q: Who are the staff members and what is their role?

The staff members are the people responsible for moderating the server and ensuring that it runs smoothly. They are a group of volunteers who are here to help make the server a positive and fun experience for everyone. They have different levels of moderation, which means they have different levels of authority to enforce rules and make decisions.

The rules of the server are in place to ensure that everyone has a good time and follows basic guidelines. Some examples of rules include no harassment, no spamming, and no using profanity. These rules are enforced by the staff members, and breaking them can result in consequences such as being warned, timed out, or even banned from the server.

To become a staff member, you need to fill out an application form and go through a process of trial and approval. This involves a brief interview with the staff leaders, and once approved, you will be given specific tasks and responsibilities to help you get started. It's recommended that you wait for a staff member to reach out to you directly if you're interested in joining the staff.

Q: What kind of training will I receive as a staff member?

As a staff member, you will receive training on the server's rules, procedures, and software. This training will be provided by the staff leaders and may include online tutorials, in-person sessions, or a combination of both. The goal of the training is to make sure you have a good understanding of the server's systems and know how to use them effectively.

Q: What are the staff member's responsibilities and expectations?

As a staff member, you are expected to follow the server's rules and procedures, assist other staff members when needed, and report any issues or concerns to the staff leaders. You are also expected to keep the server's chat and voice channels clean and respectful, and to be available for support and assistance during peak hours.
