The Meme Channel has been a staple of Rizzaster for a while now, providing a space for users to share and engage with funny content. However, a recent incident highlighted the need for some clarification on what is allowed in the channel. On the 15th of last month, a post was made that was deemed to be in breach of the server's rules on 'hate speech'. The post itself wasn't overtly hateful, but the user had included a picture of a popular internet meme that was being used to mock a certain group of people.

The issue arose because the meme in question was considered to be an insult by some users, and the post was perceived as condoning or perpetuating this kind of behavior. A number of users reported the post, and it was subsequently removed by the moderators. However, the incident highlighted that the channel's guidelines on hate speech were not clear enough, and that users were interpreting the rules in different ways.

As a result, the moderators have decided to make some changes to the channel's rules and guidelines. From now on, any post that uses an internet meme to mock or insult a group of people will be considered to be in breach of the rules. The moderators will also be taking a more proactive approach to policing the channel, and users will be held to a higher standard. The goal is to maintain a space where users can share funny content without causing offense or hurt to others.
