In March, a server-wide mute issue arose due to a user misinterpreting a moderator's instructions. The user, claiming to have been instructed to mute themselves for harassment, began broadcasting a message about their own harassment elsewhere. This triggered a server-wide mute, with several users being affected. It was later discovered that the instructions were incorrect, and the user had acted out of misunderstanding.
The incident highlighted the importance of clear communication and double-checking instructions. Moderators have since re-examined their instructions and made adjustments to ensure that all users understand the reasons behind any action taken. A 'wait for moderation confirmation' rule was added to prevent similar situations.

Additionally, moderators have been instructed to provide more detailed explanations for their actions, making it clearer to users what is expected of them. The server's 'welcome' message now includes a link to the server rules, reinforcing the importance of adhering to them. This change has helped to improve user understanding and adherence to the rules.
