When you encounter someone in the game who is intentionally causing problems for others, we need to know about it so we can take action. This is called reporting a griefer. To do this, simply click on the blue report button next to their username in chat or the actions menu. Fill out the report form with as much information as you can, including the specific behavior that caused you to report them. Keep in mind that our moderators will review the report and may not always agree with you, but we'll do our best to take care of the situation.
If you're not sure whether someone is being a griefer or not, try to stay calm and don't get involved in an argument with them. Our moderators are trained to handle these situations and will talk to the player about their behavior. If you're still unsure, you can always talk to one of the moderators directly. They're happy to help you figure out what's going on.
When reporting a griefer, try to be specific about what happened. For example, if someone was hacking, mention that. If someone was spamming, mention that too. The more information you can provide, the better our moderators will be able to handle the situation.
Remember that we're all here to have fun and play the game. We don't want to ruin anyone's experience, but we also can't let bad behavior go unchecked. By reporting grievers, you're helping us keep the game safe and enjoyable for everyone.
