Ban Appeals

Ban appeals are a common occurrence on Rizzaster. Moderators handle them in a fair and transparent manner. When an appeal is submitted, the moderator reviews the game history of the player involved to assess the severity of the infraction. They also review the appeal itself to determine if it provides sufficient evidence to justify overturning the ban. If the appeal is deemed to be frivolous or without merit, the moderator will typically respond with a clear explanation of the reasoning behind the ban.

If the appeal is deemed valid, the moderator will work with the volunteer team to reach a decision. This decision may result in the lifting of the ban, with or without modifications to the player's game history. In some cases, the moderator may also recommend additional actions, such as a temporary or permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the infraction.

Moderators are encouraged to keep their decision-making process as objective and unbiased as possible. However, they also reserve the right to make exceptions if they feel that justice has not been served. The decision of the moderator is final, and players are expected to respect it.

If a player believes that they have been unfairly banned, they are encouraged to review the game history and appeal guidelines carefully before submitting their appeal. Moderators are not obligated to provide further information or explanation beyond what is stated in the ban and appeal guidelines.
