RIZZASTERWhitelist Process Update – June 2024

The whitelist system has been updated to prioritize safety, community standards, and active participation. Only players who meet specific criteria will be approved for access. The process now includes a mandatory application form that asks for age, preferred in-game name, and a short statement explaining why they want to join. All applications are reviewed by the moderation team, and approval is not guaranteed.
To apply, players must be between 10 and 17 years old and provide a parent or guardian’s email address for verification. This email will receive a single confirmation message to verify consent. No personal information is stored beyond what is necessary for verification. Applications submitted without a valid guardian email will be rejected automatically.
The moderation team reviews applications every Tuesday and Friday. If approved, the player will receive an automated message with instructions to join the server. Rejection messages will include a brief explanation but no detailed feedback. Applicants may reapply after 30 days if they wish to try again.
Please note that the whitelist is not a guarantee of ongoing access. Players who violate community rules, engage in harassment, or repeatedly break server guidelines will be removed from the whitelist and may not be reapproved. The system is designed to be fair, consistent, and focused on maintaining a positive environment for younger users.
