Reporting a Griefer

We have implemented a simple yet effective system for reporting griefers on the server. This system is designed to be easy to use, but also requires users to provide as much detail as possible in order to effectively handle the situation.

When reporting a griefer, users should first try to gather as much information as they can about the offending behavior. This includes the location of the griefer, the type of griefing behavior being exhibited, and any relevant details about the situation. Users should also try to document their interactions with the griefer, including any screenshots or clips of the behavior.

Once the user has gathered all the necessary information, they should head to the report form on the server's announcement channel. From there, they can fill out a simple form providing details about the griefer and the behavior being exhibited. The form includes fields for location, behavior type, and a brief description of the situation. Users can also add any additional comments or notes as needed. The report is then sent to the moderation team for review and action.

The moderation team will review all reports and take the necessary action to address the situation. This may include issuing warnings or bans, or in more severe cases, permanent bans. The team will also work to identify and address any underlying issues that may be contributing to the griefing behavior.
