Last week, we experienced some confusion regarding rank requirements and how promotions work on Rizzaster. Initially, the system was set up to allow members to promote to higher ranks based on a combination of in-game achievements and a weekly vote from the community. However, we noticed that many new members found the process confusing, and some felt their contributions were not being recognized adequately.
To address these issues, we revised the rank requirements and promotion process. Now, members can advance to the next rank by achieving specific in-game milestones within a month. Additionally, we have introduced a monthly review where all members can vote on a few candidates for rank promotion. This change aims to streamline the promotion process and ensure that contributions are more clearly recognized.
