RIZZASTERIncident Review: Changes to Rizzaster Shop and Supporter Benefits

Last week, we noticed a significant drop in active players within the Rizzaster community, leading to a decrease in in-game purchases and overall engagement. We decided to investigate and found that the shop offerings and supporter perks were not adequately attracting or retaining players. To address this, we revised the shop and supporter benefits to better meet the needs and preferences of our younger audience.
We introduced a new item category called "Creative Gear," which includes customizable emotes, backgrounds, and other cosmetic items that are particularly appealing to our target demographic. Additionally, we enhanced the supporter perks to include a weekly "Free Item" draw, a monthly event where supporters can unlock exclusive in-game content, and a dedicated supporter chat channel for feedback and special announcements. These changes are aimed at fostering a sense of community and loyalty among our supporters, encouraging them to return more frequently and explore new content.
